For 3 days I could not get my aircon motor to work with the remote. Rapidcool came out and immediately started working! They were very patient and respectful. They checked the gas levels, cleaned the filters for me and tested it several times to make sure I wouldn't be left without aircon on an upcoming hot day. All good! Thanks guys!
